The size changes between plans; the operating standard does not. Every plan gets the same access, the same network and the same support queue.
Root from the first boot
Full administrative access with your own SSH keys. We hand over the credentials and we do not keep a way back in.
Reinstall whenever you want
Rebuild the server from the client area without opening a ticket and without waiting for us. The rebuild wipes the disk, so take what you need off it first.
Out-of-band console
If a firewall rule or network change locks you out, the console still reaches the machine. A bad config costs you a reboot, not the server.
Guaranteed resources
Dedicated vCPU and private RAM on enterprise NVMe. We do not oversell, so a busy neighbour cannot take your CPU time.

- Is the vCPU shared or dedicated?
- Dedicated. We do not oversell cores, so the share stated on the plan is genuinely yours and does not move around with the load on the node.
- Do I get full root access?
- Yes. Root credentials are issued on delivery and we keep no backdoor. Change the password immediately - we recommend key-only authentication.
- Can I reinstall the operating system myself?
- Any time, from the client area, without a ticket. The rebuild is destructive, so move your data off the disk first.
- What happens if I lock myself out of the network?
- You still have out-of-band console access from the panel, which works when the machine is unreachable over the network. That is exactly what it is there for.
- Is this KVM, or a container?
- KVM - full hardware virtualisation. You run your own kernel and can load your own modules, which container-based platforms do not allow.
- Can I upgrade later without rebuilding?
- RAM and disk upgrades are normally done in place with a short reboot. If you expect to scale, say so before ordering and we will place you on a node with headroom.
- Can I use a custom image or ISO?
- Ask in a ticket. Common images we mount for you; unusual ones depend on the node, so we confirm before you pay rather than after.
- How is the network provisioned?
- A clean static IPv4 on a 1 Gbps port, with IPv6 available on request. Reverse DNS is yours to set from the panel.
